Doctor of Podiatric Medicine
Dr. Jensen was born and raised in Casper Wyoming. After graduating from high school Dr. Jensen served a two-year mission for the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints in Bolivia where he learn Spanish. He considers it a privilege to have the occasion of speaking Spanish with his patients here in Southern California. After returning home from Bolivia Dr. Jensen attended Brigham Young University where he received his bachelors degree in Exercise Science. Dr. Jensen completed his medical training at Midwestern University in Glendale Arizona.
Dr Jensen came to southern California during his residency training at Chino Valley Medical Center. During that time he served as adjunct faculty at Western University in Pomona and especially enjoyed his time as a civilian resident physician at Camp Pendleton Naval Hospital. Dr Jensen’s training emphasized rear-foot reconstruction and ankle surgery.
In recent years he has been practicing as a consultant in the Los Angeles area including both inpatient and outpatient services. Dr. Jensen has a special interest in limb salvage, amputation prevention, as well as flatfoot reconstruction.
Dr Jensen came to practice in Anaheim Hills, through his friend and mentor Dr Jeffery Katz DPM, after they met in 2017. From 2020-2021 they enjoyed bonding daily over classic rock music during their lunch break. Much of Dr Katz extensive and unique record collection is still displayed in the office courtesy of Dr Katz.
